MUSCULAR CONDITIONING
With respect to the client’s limitations:
As we age, our activity level tends to decline and we begin to decrease in mobility. By increasing repetitive activities we can begin to regain our muscular mobility to provide an increased quality of life.
This service will include exercises that involve repetitive motions with moderate resistance, enhancing both muscular strength and endurance.

Activities related to muscular conditioning may include:

Bodyweight exercise

Resistance training with weights or bands to target different muscle groups

Walking

Aquatic aerobics

Exercise activities
